Can I customize the size of a necklaces?

Yes. In the Camellia collection, toggle lock is used for all our necklaces which doesn't allow for adjustments. However, if you need different size please contact us and specify the length you need.

Can I exchange a piece I bought?

We don't allow for exchanges at the time but you can return within 14 days for full refund and make a new order. Please review our shipping and return polices on our website.

What material do you use?

We use 925 sterling silver for all our pieces and high-grade freshwater pearls.

Do you make pieces in gold?

We are only working with sterling silver at the time. However, we offer 18k gold plating. Please contact us if you would like your piece to be gold plated.
