Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and if you want to return it please hand it back to the courier. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us within 7 days to inform us with the reason for the return to ensure we receive the item within 14 days.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the item in the same condition it was delivered; unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. We will send a courier to pick up the item from your place. 

1. Cash on Delivery payments will be refunded through mobile payments.

2. Online card payments will be refunded on the same card that was used to make the purchase.

All our orders have complimentary shipping. However, In the case of return customers will cover the shipping and return delivery fees.
