SHIPPING

At Mayada Toeima, every piece is handmade and made to order. Therefore, we allow an average of 10 business days for orders to be ready for shipping. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us within 7 days to inform us with the reason for the return.

All our orders have complementary shipping. However, In the case of return customer will cover the shipping and return delivery fees.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please ensure you send the item back with a trusted delivery company as we cannot issue refund unless we receive the item in the same condition it was delivered.

• Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  
• Polish regularly with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
  
• Avoid wearing in the shower or in pools as water and chemicals can tarnish silver.
  
• Avoid exposing to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions and household cleaners.
  
• It’s always a good idea to put your silver jewelry on last when getting ready ;)

Can I customize the size of a necklaces?

Yes. We allow customization, if you need different size please contact us and specify the length you need.

Can I exchange a piece I bought?

You can exchange for a piece of the same price or a higher price, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order to exchange.

Can I return a piece I bought?

You can open the package when you receive it and if you would like to return the item please give the package back to the courier, you will only be charged the shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original packaging.

What material do you use?

We use 925 sterling silver for all our pieces and high-grade freshwater pearls.

Do you make pieces in gold?

We are only working with sterling silver at the time. However, we offer gold plating at an extra cost. Please contact us if you would like your piece to be gold plated.
